If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or perform a "no call, no show", your deposit will be forfeited. Clients have one-time to reschedule with the same deposit for the same service as deposits are non-refundable. Appointment must be rescheduled within 45 days from previous appointment. I do have a grace period up to 10 minutes. Anything after 10 minutes up to 15 minutes you will be charged a late fee of $10. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. If feasible with stylist schedule a $20 late fee can be made to avoid cancellation.
